Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:



Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all activities align with company policies and standards. Supervise front and back-of-house operations, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and employee safety protocols. Maintain inventory levels, and order supplies when necessary to avoid shortages or overstock.

2. Staff Management & Development:



Lead, motivate, and manage a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, dishwashers, and managers. Hire, train, and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand the restaurant's standards and expectations. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Create and maintain schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.

3. Customer Service & Quality Control:



Ensure exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively and professionally. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet company standards. Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, such as loyalty programs or feedback systems. Drive customer engagement through positive experiences and maintain an inviting atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:



Experience

: Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience.

Leadership Skills

: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Problem-Solving

: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and efficient manner. *
