Job Description

The role will be responsible for analysing the Business requirements, identifying requirement gaps, preparation of change requests CRs/FSDs, preparation of process flows and supporting the UAT phase. Also, to have data analysis responsibilities that require skills in excel, heatmap etc. Thus overall, the role will be responsible to ensure the completeness and quality of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and functional Analysis of projects, new requirements and bugfixes related to retail network and digital ecommerce logistics channels.
• Define configuration specifications and document business analysis requirements
• Own and develop relationship with internal/external partners, working with them to optimize and enhance the systems integration capabilities and digital solutions adoption.
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes. Define reporting and alerting requirements.
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations for resolution. Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better values to the customer experience.
• Perform Quality Assurance by supporting the UAT phase. Suggest and support UAT best practices and methodology.
• Plan, organize, estimate, and execute UAT activities including UAT Defect Reporting & Tracking
• Active participation in Post Implementation phase like Live verification, User Guide/Training engagements, production problem tracking and prioritization.
• Analyse an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
• Functional analysis of new requirements and bugfixes.
• Produce Function Specification documentation.
• Support the Post-production phase, Live verification, production issue tracking, monitoring the SLA for resolution etc.

Requirements
3 years of experience in Business Analysis or User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.

• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
