Great career progression with different learning exposure (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytic) Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hours Working Location: Central Responsibilities: Partner with the business teams to elicit business needs and develop the appropriate business case Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and accurately defines business need within specified scope Work with project teams to develop requirements such as user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria Evaluate and recommend suitable technology, including sourcing and evaluating alternatives, and recommending solution that best fits stakeholders' needs. Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope Plan and project manage the implementation and maintenance of various systems/initiatives Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption and operation Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations & Maintenance phase) Plan and implement operation processes and procedures to manage the day to day operation of the system to meet the business operation objectives on systems availability Requirements: Singaporean only Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as functional business analyst/project management Participated in full software or product development cycles (SDLC) in Agile methodology Experience in manage vendors for maintenance projects, gather user requirements Experience in one of the following: Agile, Design Thinking, Cloud, Data Analytics Email your updated resume to Vivian: [HIDDEN TEXT] By submitting any application or resume to us, you will be deemed to have agreed & consented to us collecting, using, retaining & disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
