About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused

Functional Consultant

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV)

and a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, manage implementations, and ensure successful adoption and support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

implementation, upgrade, and support projects. Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes, perform

fit-gap analysis

, and prepare detailed functional specifications. Configure and customize Business Central modules including

Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing, and Warehousing

. Plan and execute

data migration

and system integration activities. Develop and deliver

user documentation

,

training materials

, and conduct

end-user training

sessions. Coordinate project tasks and track progress using

Azure DevOps Boards

and

JIRA

. Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment support. Work closely with technical consultants and project managers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Stay updated with the latest

Microsoft Dynamics 365

and

Microsoft ecosystem

innovations.

Requirements

3-5 years

of hands-on experience with

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

or

Dynamics NAV

. Good understanding of

Financial Accounting, Inventory Costing, and Pricing

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams

, and familiarity with

Azure DevOps Boards

and

JIRA

for project tracking and collaboration. Diploma or Degree in

Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field

. Experience in at least

two full lifecycle ERP implementations

.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certification in

Dynamics 365 Business Central

. Experience with

Jet Reports

,

Power BI

, or similar reporting and analytics tools.
