Goal of Position

• Management, coordination and communication of finance-related processes
• Monitoring and reporting of financial developments and target achievements of group, regional and / or sub-regional targets, as well as initiation and follow-up of countermeasures
• Controlling focus on working capital-related areas (receivables, payables, inventories) including establishment of adequate reporting and controlling approaches)
• Coordination of the Regional Working Capital Committee
• Develop further new approaches to intensify regional capital management
• Coordination of Intercompany Service Charging Process (\xe2\x80\x9cAP Service Charge\xe2\x80\x9d)
• Support the CFO Asia-Pacific and / or the Director Controlling Asia-Pacific in special and various ad hoc tasks and projects

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordination within Finance Asia-Pacific with focus on working capital controlling topics
• Coordination of Group Planning Process on regional, sub-regional as well as on a country-level
• Conduct financial data analysis and project work related to support the Asia-Pacific Executive
• Management Board, central functions as well as internal business partners
• Actively manage and further development regional working capital controlling activities
• Strengthen the focus on capital management within the organization and develop appropriate reporting and management tools in this context
• Coordination of Intercompany Service Charge Process including tariff calculation, system administration, contract negotiation, monthly closing and yearly planning with support from countries
• Carry out special projects, analysis, tasks and activities on an ad hoc basis on behalf of the Asia-Pacific Executive Management Board, the CFO Asia-Pacific or the Director Controlling Asia-Pacific
• Forecast / Budgeting process for ATECH (Supporting Industrial and AAM), Sales Controlling
• Monthly management report preparation for Actuals and Forecast (MPR / MFP)
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his supervisor that are essentially related to his duties

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or above in economics, business administration or any comparable degree in any other related Finance field
• 5-8 years of experience required
• Proficiency in English, good communication skills, ability to work autonomously and independent as well as possessing intercultural sensitivity
• Strategic approach on key issues based on past work and management experience considering impacts on local, regional and global level likewise
• Thinking outside of box, challenging status quo and understand importance of change management in the region
• Self-reliant working attitude
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
