In our next stage of growth and expansion, we are looking for an Admin Intern, based in Singapore. A successful candidate will have the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume start-up environment. You are a detailed oriented person to follow through, and yet, be able to balance volume and enquiries. You are a good communicator to ensure close updates while working remotely with the internal teams.

In this role you will:

• Maintaining a well-organized, functional, and professional office environment.
• Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipments are functional and in working condition.
• Working with Finance team in finance/admin task include:

• Compile and upload all incoming bills including logistic bills until payments clear.
• File and archive all important documents in the correct files.
• Arrange documents signing for management
• Support with adhoc task assigned during work.

• Diploma or Undergraduates from any disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite environment.
• Able to learn online software quickly and proactively.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech start-up environment
• A quick learner, proactive, and able to work independently in startup environment
