Our client is a MNC currently looking for a Fund Administration Officer
Support the fund administration of established private funds by organizing quarterly capital accounts and semi-annual distributions.
Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly fund investor reports.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor reports, capital account statements, and distribution notices to investors.
Maintain proper storage of all documents on shared folders and the investor portal, following internal policies and procedures.
Update investor contact details and mailing list preferences across all private funds.
Coordinate logistics for investor engagement events and investment committee meetings.
Assist with various fund administration tasks, such as facilitating share transfer requests and onboarding new investors.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma in Finance, Business, Commerce, Accounting, or equivalent.
Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience is advantageous but not necessary.
Quantitative skills and foundational knowledge of accounting are beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
