Fund Analyst, Real Estate
Job Description
My client is a recognisable name in the real estate services industry to hire a Fund Analyst to support the fund management team.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving investment decision-making and enhancing fund return through financial modelling of potential investment opportunities across the region and financial analysis. Key tasks include financial modelling (IRR/NPV), investor reporting, due diligence support, and business partnering closely with the fund managers.
Requirements
You have a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in financial modelling for investments. To succeed in this role, advanced financial modelling capabilities is required.
