Job Scope: - Support and manage all aspects of finance, treasury, budget and reporting/audit (including reconciliation, tracking, analysis, cash flows forecast etc) - Oversee the production of per Job Scope: - Support and manage all aspects of finance, treasury, budget and reporting/audit (including reconciliation, tracking, analysis, cash flows forecast etc) - Oversee the production of periodic reporting to JV partners and investors by the fund administrators/service providers - Work closely with other offices within the Group to prepare monthly, biannual, annual and ad hoc investor reporting - Work closely with various departments including investment, tax and legal teams along with external service providers to ensure best practices are followed and maintained - Participate and support in external/internal meetings including setting up new structures, bank accounts, deal funding etc - Monitor cash flows and capital requirement, including FX transaction, capital call and distribution process - Review/prepare fees, capital call and distribution calculations, sources/uses of cash, allocations, supporting schedules and investor notices Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA Equivalent - Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and financial reporting/ finance experience in private equity/real estate industry, candidate coming from buyside, fund services with fund exposure will be preferred - Knowledge of Funds/Private Equity industry is an advantage - Fast learner and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Hands-on, meticulous and with a keen eye for details and accuracy - Excellent project management skills with demonstrated capability to multi-task numerous projects and sizeable workload - Effective communication skills - able to communicate and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and interact with people from difference functions and senior management. Also has the ability to communicate with external party (service providers, investors etc) effectively - A strong team player, but also able to work independently. Need to work well with different departments and business units within the Group and across regions - Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English. Additional language skills beneficial (Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Vietnamese) - System knowledge in accounting systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point will be an advantage - Good presentation and communication skills - Knowledge of MAS regulations, SFRS and/or US GAAP - Ability to travel internationally
