The Client Services team covers hedge fund clients across Asia. You will be working with some of the industry\'s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
As a Relationship Manager (\xe2\x80\x9cRM\xe2\x80\x9d), you will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of clients as well as assisting managing clients with other RMs. The RM is expected to understand the needs of the client and create plans to meet them in order to nurture long-term client relationships. The RM is responsible for client profitability, satisfaction, retention, enhanced revenue generation through cross-selling and ensuring optimum execution of Citco\'s services.
Your Role:
You will establish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required
Drive strategic communication with clients and negotiate service level agreements (SLA)
You will understand and communicate clients\' requests with various Citco business functions, operational and support teams to promote effective internal communication
You will develop a broad understanding of Citco business lines and associated product/service propositions
You will understand clients\' technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure and business vision
You will understand the industry and regulatory environment and be sensitive to industry change and business trends, identifying new areas of growth
You will identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross-selling additional Citco products/services
You will monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables
You will review client profitability & accounts receivables and address negative trends
You will work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies
You will review risk logs and support, co-ordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary
You will participate and organize operational due diligence reviews and client visits
You will compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients
You will carry out periodic risk assessments and peer reviews of clients
You will actively maintain client status, commentary and client updates on internal CRM tools
About You:
You have a university degree in a relevant discipline and a ideally 7+ years related work experience in the financial serviced industry, preferably within a hedge fund administrator and/or investment companies
You have strong formal people management/ leadership experience
You have a proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
You have demonstrated leadership experience coupled with superior communication skills
You are highly analytical with strong attributes on business processes, Accounting and allocation systems
You are proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and Outlook
