The future trader programme offers a customized development journey structured in a vigorous, personally and intellectually stimulating environment. It immerses you in direct access to senior traders and leaders in an open working environment that is designed to encourage the free flow of ideas and information.
As a Future Trader, you will gain insights into the core aspects of global agriculture and food value chains. Participants will explore various facets of our business through a blend of structured training, hands-on learning, regular feedback sessions, and guidance from inspiring mentors.
There are two distinct phases for our programme:

• Phase I: A learning zone - formal exposure to multiple facets of trades, including cash/ derivative trading, logistics, execution, and commercials. Who are we, what do we do, and how do we operate?
• Phase II: Hands-on exposures across business models/geographies, mentored by a senior trader/mentor, designed to fast-track your knowledge of the business/function. You will be placed in your potential role with clear responsibilities to deliver.

Education

• Bachelor's / master's degree specializing in Agronomy, Accounting & Finance, Economics and/or Business, Engineering and Mathematics.
• Preferably to have work experience or a summer placement in a high-performing environment (Max of 3-years' experience)
• Fluency in English is Essential. Professional working proficiency in another language is strongly preferred (e.g., French, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, etc.)
