About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Business Planning
\xe2\x96\xaa Support the development, tracking and review of overall business strategy for Group PFS. This includes coordinating the entire strategic planning cycle and working closely with stakeholders for required updates
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide key focus areas and recommendations to business by leveraging data analytics; collaborate closely with Business Analytics to share insights/ data storytelling with Management
\xe2\x96\xaa Provide continuous reference/ benchmarking through market and competitive reviews - e.g. business/ financial review post-quarterly results release, evaluation of retail banking landscape, evolving trends etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa Collaborate closely with Group Strategic Communications and Brand (GSCB) and Group Retail Marketing (GRM) on media-driven initiatives to establish & propagate retail banking thought leadership by the Bank.

\xe2\x96\xaa Participate in strategic initiatives for Group PFS
\xe2\x96\xaa Drive prioritisation of key strategic priorities and develop dashboards for continuous progress/ performance tracking & management reporting.
Regional Customer Franchise
\xe2\x96\xaa Prompt and regular sharing of statistics, insights & best practices with country teams to align towards agreed budget targets and omni-channel roadmap
\xe2\x96\xaa Facilitate bi-monthly sharing sessions with country teams to update on progress and sharing of best practices/ learnings.
