Cuturi Gallery is a new-generation art gallery with locations in Singapore and Paris, guided by a vision in which art embodies both emancipation and meaning. Engaging in dialogue across the Asia-Pacific and Europe, the gallery builds cultural bridges and fosters new forms of exchange between artists, curators and audiences.

This is a gallery manager position in which sales and admin duties are expected. This position is based in Singapore. Candidates must hold a valid local work pass to apply.

Your duties will include:

- Engaging with clients and collectors to facilitate sales, drive revenue, and manage delivery and installation of artwork.

- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors at the front desk, providing expertise on artworks and ensuring excellent customer service.

- Assisting with marketing activities to promote artists and their work.

- Researching and curating future exhibitions, as well as identifying external opportunities for artists. You will also prepare marketing and PR materials.

- Managing the gallery store and inventory, including handling incoming and outgoing artworks. Assisting with the installation and de-installation of exhibitions is required.

Our job requirements for this role:

- A minimum of 3 years of sales-related work experience is required.

- A degree in an arts-related discipline is a plus but not mandatory.

- Solid administrative skills and attention to detail are essential. Candidates should be proactive and maintain a positive work attitude.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You should be ready to provide all-around assistance in the gallery as needed.

- Basic Excel proficiency is required; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

- Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
