Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced "Game Producer" work with a fast growing global start-up in the crypto/blockchain industry. We are looking for a team player who can sink their teeth into the day work. All whilst thinking fast on your feet or in a chair or wherever you happen to be and can comfortably work in a fast-paced environment alongside a passionate team who are located across the world.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor third party game dev teams to develop games for the platform
- Follow up with development progress and mitigate any issues that may arise
- Provide feedback to the dev team through the development process
- Compile feedback from the internal team and pass it on to the dev team
- Come up with high level game concepts and designs
- Liaise with the internal dev teams to get games on to platform
- Work closely with the CGO to develop ideas for the game platform, games, and develop production roadmaps.
- Work closely with other producers to evolve the production process and pipeline

- 3+ years experience in game production or project management
- Understanding of mobile game development with emphasis on causal and hyper casual development
- Experience working with global teams spread across 7-8 countries and willing to accommodate for multiple zones
- Understanding of gamefi platforms, NFT and blockchain platforms
