Performing reviews of mailboxes used to create and maintain social media accounts, the emails received in the mailboxes, and the people that have access to the mailboxes.
Conducting further analysis and making recommendations in terms of next steps based on findings.
Aligning with cross-functional partners in Consumer Care and beyond (ex. Quality and Safety) on recommended path forward.
Partnering with cross-functional team, including J&J Global Messaging Services (GMS) to execute the aligned-on recommendations.
Managing email address aliases and mailboxes, which includes, but is not limited to, executing the following tasks that could be part of the recommended next steps: move email address aliases from one mailbox (that is not monitored) to another (that is monitored), add/remove access for the necessary people to/from mailboxes, remove mailboxes from the J&J Global Address List (GAL), turn mailboxes off from sending & receiving emails, and/or delete mailboxes.
Working with J&J Information Technology and external partners as needed to get email addresses removed from public-facing/Internet-facing digital assets where needed.
Training on current work instructions and standard operating procedures and identifying opportunities to optimize them over time.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding results via documentation, email communication, and meeting report-outs.
Support other team activities and initiatives as needed.
