:Details of the Division and Team:The GCOO Business Management role is part of the GCOO LGG (legal Group Governance) COO team. The LGG COO team manages all aspects of business management, planning, and strategy to align business operations with the bank\'s mission and goals.The role will require management and coordination of a diverse set of activities, whilst managing the ongoing relationship with the senior regional management and the Global COO team in order to collate and validate required output and create relevant business insights for senior management.Working in the COO team, supporting the Global COO team on topics to enable decision making. Responsibilities include:Support implementation of strategy and target operating models in-line with local/regional/global standards and change programmes, encompassing functional design, footprint and location strategy, organization design principles, people capabilities, minimum control standards, policies and governance.Manage business processes and controls for the region including but not limited to: cost and headcount management, MIS, procurement and expense controls, approval management, business continuity, audit / monitor management and resolution, security, real estateCost, headcount, footprint planning and forecasting in line with divisional strategies.Interface with LGG COO team, Global and Regional infrastructure partners; and ensure timely information flow to stakeholders.Provide advice on financial matters to Divisions\xe2\x80\x99 senior management, COO and other stakeholders based on understanding of governing rules, policies and procedures.Transform financial and other managerial data (i.e. costs, FTE and other stats) into business intelligence that enhances effectiveness of management and business processes and decisionsDevelop and produce appropriate Management reports and analysis to present to the Divisions\xe2\x80\x99 senior leadership teamSupport LGG team heads and COO with regional integration and implementation of global strategic initiatives and projectsFacilitate process enhancements and overall organizational efficiency with up-to-date awareness, and continuous evaluation of business changes and their impactEstablish and ensure adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes and controlsProvide support on all operational COO matterYour skills and experience:Minimum 6 years of working experience in Finance or Business Management.Proven Technical knowledge and experience in Business Continuity Planning.Working Knowledge of financial management processes, budgeting, annual planning, resource analysis.Proven ability to work with management information, financial figures and mass data and experience of coordinating with finance, audit or similar groups.Working knowledge of ISO & BIRO functionsExperience of working in cost management and analytical with ability to manage multiple priorities/projects to meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written.Proven experience of working with senior stakeholder management.Good team player with ability to work across diverse teams.Highly structured and detail oriented with strong organizational and co-ordination skills and ability to ensure high quality and consistency in sharing and receive information, knowledge and expertise within a virtual team environment.Self-starter and self-motivated with ability to work independently and provide suitable escalation.Flexible to take over any ad-hoc activity instructed by your manager based on the needs of the team.How we\xe2\x80\x99ll support you:Flexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsTraining and development to help you excel in your careerAbout us and our teams:Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. to see what we do.Deutsche Bank & DiversityWe strive for a in which we are empowered to excel together every day.
