TOM\'S PALETTE

We are Tom\xe2\x80\x99s Palette your O.G. Gelato Caf\xc3\xa9 with a 18 year history of Gelato and Ice Cream Making. Be trained by some of the best professionals in the business. We are looking for you to join our production team if you are passionate about making ice cream and gelato. A new frontier awaits for all beginners and experienced individuals alike, to gain insight into the industry of joy.


Job scope:

  • Production of ice cream & gelato
  • Production of pastries & baked goods
  • Churning & Pasteurizing Techniques
  • R&D into flavor development and production
  • Upkeeping and practice of safe sanitization and cleanliness of workplace
  • Take instruction from Head Gelato Chef and Assistant Gelato Chefs


Working hours:
  • Mondays to Fridays/Saturdays : 8am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break) or 12pm to 9pm (1 hour dinner break)
  • Must work Public Holidays if falls on Mon-Fri.
- $2200 - $2800 Depending on Experience

Requirements:
  • Candidates with at least 1 year experience may apply
  • Willing to Learn
  • Able to work as a team or independently when required
  • Must be able to commit for at least 1 year or more
  • Must be physically fit to be able to handle physical work and long hours of standing
  • No Quota for Foreigners
