• According to the department\'s rules and procedures, synthesize the targeted Gene required by the customer
• To perform a series of experimental procedures such as PCR, Ligation Transformation, Bacterial Inspection, Plasmid Construction, Quality Inspection and etc. Perform data record analysis, result evaluation and etc.
• Ensure that safety production management regulations and product production SOP requirements are followed strictly. Operate experiments independently which include: Gene Synthesis, Vector Construction, Gene Mutation Plasmid Extraction, Sequence Analysis, Sequencing, PCR, Reagent Preparation, Quality Inspection and etc.
• Problem identified in production process should be reported in a timely manner and actively solve the issues with team
• Make sure the handover of the experiment on the day properly and do simply analysis of the problem is made of the unfinished experiment
• To complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree and above, with a certain understanding of microbiology and other biological-related knowledge
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness, being proactive and creative
• Excellent professional ethics and team player
