Job Scope:

According to the department\'s rules and procedures, synthesize the targeted Gene required by the customer
To perform a series of experimental procedures such as PCR, Ligation Transformation, Bacterial Inspection, Plasmid Construction, Quality Inspection and etc. Perform data record analysis, result evaluation and etc.
Ensure that safety production management regulations and product production SOP requirements are followed strictly. Operate experiments independently which include: Gene Synthesis, Vector Construction, Gene Mutation Plasmid Extraction, Sequence Analysis, Sequencing, PCR, Reagent Preparation, Quality Inspection and etc.
Problem identified in production process should be reported in a timely manner and actively solve the issues with team
Make sure the handover of the experiment on the day properly and do simply analysis of the problem is made of the unfinished experiment
To complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree and above, with a certain understanding of microbiology and other biological-related knowledge
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness, being proactive and creative
Excellent professional ethics and team player
