Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and payment vouchers to ensure compliance with NAFA procurement policies and procedures
Provide admin support for all overseas travel - booking of airfares, accommodation, insurance plans for staff who are travelling
General office management, including the procurement of pantry items, medical supplies, stationery and communication equipment
Filing, safekeeping, and maintenance of central registry of important corporate documents
Oversee matters relating to multi-functional devices (troubleshooting, generating reports, etc.)
Conduct in-house training and offer guidance to colleagues on the General Admin policies and procedures
Cover for colleagues on leave, including the manning of the front desk counter if assigned
Supervise Office Attendant
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Manager (General Admin)/ Director (Finance)
Requirements
Minimum Diploma with at least 5-8 years of relevant working experience
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Meticulous and with good administrative skills
