Job Description
:A pioneering organization at the forefront of transforming global finance is seeking a dynamic General Counsel to help shape their cutting-edge, decentralized financial services infrastructure, revolutionizing both CeFi and DeFi markets for a leading crypto client.Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal matters including corporate, securities, IP, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership on legal risk assessment and decision-making.
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance policies.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and conduct legal research on regulatory issues.
- JD degree and active law license with 4+ years of experience
- Prior experience in disruptive technology or financial services preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
