Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership



Lead full club operations including entry control, bar service, VIP areas, and entertainment floor Develop, implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments Oversee daily opening, shift execution and closing procedures Ensure peak-hour operational excellence and crowd flow efficiency

2. Staff Management & Manpower Planning



Manage and supervise operational teams:

Floor staff


Bar crew


Security personnel


Guest relations & VIP hosts


DJ & performance support crew
Conduct manpower forecasting, duty roster & leave planning Drive training programs for service delivery, safety and crisis handling Perform performance reviews & discipline procedures

3. Guest Experience & VIP Hospitality



Ensure premium customer service and hospitality standards Oversee VIP table bookings, table assignments & bottle service experience Handle escalated customer feedback and service recovery Implement loyalty and VIP retention programs

4. Security, Safety & Compliance



Manage crowd control, queue management and internal security teams Maintain compliance with Singapore regulations:

SPF Public Entertainment & Police Licensing



Liquor Licensing (Nightlife regulations)



SCDF fire safety & emergency protocols



NEA/SFA hygiene rules (if F&B included)



MOM employment guidelines


Conduct incident reporting & crisis management drills Implement anti-harassment & patron safety policies Ensure responsible alcohol service and ID checks

5. Inventory, Purchasing & Cost Control



Oversee liquor inventory, ordering and stock security Track bar cost control standards & wastage prevention Manage vendor relations and equipment maintenance Review daily cash reports, POS performance & operational spending

6. Event & Entertainment Coordination



Support entertainment schedule planning (DJs, live acts, theme events) Coordinate technical setup -- sound, lighting, stage & effects Ensure event execution standards & artist logistics support Manage promoters, dancers, hosts & performance crew coordination

7. Policy & Process Improvement



Introduce operational innovation, automation or guest-service upgrades Evaluate staff performance metrics & productivity systems Conduct monthly operations review and improvement plans

8. Reporting & Administration



Prepare operational reports for management (revenue, costs, manpower, incidents) Maintain licensing files, safety records & compliance documentation * Ensure smooth communication with directors & department heads
