Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Follow instructions from superior to perform manual labour tasks if necessary.
- Report on progress to project manager, superiors, designers etc Able to perform and ensure the teams using correct waterproofing technique according Singapore BCA regulations.
- Ensure the work are carried out as per safety and quality standards of the project
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area
- At least 5 years working experience in the construction/renovation industry in Singapore
- Possess good organizational skills.
- Good team player and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Working at islandwide Singapore, Office at Ubi
- Able to work Rain or Shine
- 6 Days work (Monday to Saturday) 8am to 5pm
- No OT available
