Roles & Responsibilities


Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition
. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, usings and paper, removing old paint etc.


. Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)


. Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right colour or texture


. Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools


. Apply varnish and other finishes


Supervise site electrical installation. Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities Raise purchase requisition Liaise with Project Manager Prepare documents for electrical testing Rectify and repair electrical issues at site Prepare and submit tender quotations Submit progress claims, monitor project activities Project planning, execute resource management and control Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction
