Job Description

We are seeking a

highly experienced and committed Supervisor and General Foreman (M&E)

to lead mechanical and electrical installation works on-site. This position is structured around

long-hour shifts

and requires leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on coordination of all M&E activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe site execution in line with project schedules and quality standards.


The successful candidate must be capable of working

extended hours

, including weekends, nights, and public holidays when needed, to meet tight deadlines.





Supervise and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV, and associated systems. Lead and manage teams of foremen, technicians, and subcontractors during long-hour shifts. Monitor work progress, site productivity, and workforce discipline during extended hours. Review M&E drawings, specifications, and installation methods for compliance with project standards. Ensure that installations are performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with approved plans and codes. Attend and lead toolbox meetings, shift briefings, and progress reviews. Coordinate with the civil/construction team to resolve site conflicts and sequencing issues. Maintain records of work done, material usage, labor deployment, and daily reports. Identify potential delays or issues and initiate corrective actions promptly. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, permits, and inspection requirements. * Assist in testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
