Role and Requirement
To oversee daily operation of site activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule and according to the specifications.
To assist in the coordination with management, workers and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve site problems.
Manage all site supervision, ensuring effective work delegation to keep work progress on schedule and uphold the strict quality standards in line with the local authorities.
Carry out routine inspections on the site to ensure construction quality and safety compliance.
Implement effectively safety regulations and the company policies to establish a safe working environment.
Keeping track of and record material and equipment usage; making sure on the accuracy of records maintained.
To ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
3 years or more site experience in the construction sector will be given priority.
Good team player and also able to work independently.
