The BYK division manufactures innovative additives as well as testing and measuring instruments for the coatings and plastic industry, and provides for surface gloss and scratch resistance. BYK Additives & Instruments is one of the world’s leading suppliers in the field of additives and measuring instruments. BYK Additives improve the product characteristics and production processes. BYK Instruments can effectively evaluate the quality of color, gloss and appearance as well as the physical properties of paint, plastic and paper products as an important part of quality control. General Industrial Enduse Marketing Manager

Your task structure

TThe General Industrial Market Manager belongs to the GI Enduse within the Paint Business Line in BYK. His/her key responsibility is to plot a marketing growth plan to grow the sales in South East Asia. It should be a sustainable and profitable growth of the enduse and improvement of its local market position according to business line strategy.

Your recipe for success

• Knowledgeable in the coating industry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the coating industry
• Should have hands-on experience in coating formulations, technical trouble-shooting skills & production engineering
• Willing to relocate to Singapore
• Good interpersonal skills
• Independent, self-motivated & self-starter
