Job Description

General Insurance Administrative

  • Handling day to day back-end agency operations.
  • Assist agents to attend to Insurance related enquires via calls, email and text messages.
  • Execute policy processing duties for new insurance policies, renewals, amendments, cancellation, claims and etc.
  • Assist agents in following up with existing clients with renewals.
  • Process and ensure proper documentation, records and filling.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties given.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Customer-oriented with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, committed and a strong team player
  • Training will be provided
  • Candidates who possess certificate in general insurance (CGI, PGI, HI and BCP) will have an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Early shift
  • Monday to Friday
