We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate General Insurance Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and securing sales of our general insurance products. This is a full-time position based in the East Region.
What you'll be doing
Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calling to generate sales
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our general insurance products to customers
Provide outstanding customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's performance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
What we're looking for
Proven experience in outbound sales or telesales, preferably within the insurance/banking industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries and objections
Confident and self-motivated, with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
A positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow within the organisation
