Key Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations.
• Work with the wider finance team to ensure completeness of supporting documentation.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances.
• Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries.
• Analyze and perform foreign currency exchanges.
• Support Auditor in conducting external audits.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.
• Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
• Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
• Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.
• Understand applicable technical standards including (a) revenue recognition (b) internally generated software capitalization and (c) research and development.
• Work seamlessly with advisors, consultants, and auditors.
• Support statutory reporting strategy and initiatives as may be required
• Carry out other accounting duties as may be required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a similar position
• Big 4 audit experience is an advantage
• Solid technical accounting background including IFRS
• Proven ability to work in an agile, matrixed, global environment across multiple time zones
• Ability to work with strict deadlines, plan and manage multiple priorities
