Job Description

• Check that data is accurate.
• Conduct audits to maintain truthful and precise data in documents
• Analyzing and interpreting financial information to provide assurance that information complies with professional ang regulatory standards
• Provide solutions to control issues
• Support monthly and annual close process
• Perform account analysis to make sure that entries and balances are correct.
• Perform payroll transaction analysis to ensure that all transactions are accurate, recorded on time and paid correctly and timely
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger to ensure that all transactions are reported in accordance with accounting standards and government regulations.
• Prepare journal entries including appropriate supporting documents or reports
• Tax compliance knowledge on VAT input, creditable withholding tax, withholding tax on compensation, fringe benefit tax and others
• Knowledge on BOI and PEZA.
• Stay informed on industry regulation update

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA certification
• 2 years of experience in accounting
• Advance MS Excel knowledge
• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Experience accounting software, like QuickBooks Enterprise
