General Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Responsible for keeping a variety of machines, appliances, and mechanical systems operating safely and efficiently and to assist the department on smooth executing of preventive maintenance plan.
Proficient in appropriate handling of hazmat Creating and maintaining documentation on repairs and preventative maintenance procedures Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, gardening and electrical systems Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining machines, operational and safety equipments. Installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing of air conditioners. Perform housekeeping on all facilities areas Proficient with a wide range of repair equipment, including power tools Attending urgent calls during & after office hours Any duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements & Other Informations:
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering equivalent Or valid electrician license
