Revenue Management & Customer Experience o Reports to the board of directors and responsible for P&L and financial performance of beauty e-commerce / affiliate business o Build strategic and operational procedures for e-commerce business across online trade, operations, CRM, digital marketing, and customer care. o Leverage multiple digital and offline channels to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention. o Monitor performance of product category to align with the marketing team o Optimisation of site search tools & configuration of results to increase conversion rates. o Bring emerging our brand trends to the business and provide recommendations for online store improvements. o Active onsite merchandising of site to ensure best in class customer experience. o Keep distributors engaged with the brand and host monthly teas or meetings with distributors. o Provide regular analysis on product trends to identify merchandising opportunities in preparation for various promotional periods - for e.g: Valentine\xe2\x80\x99s Day, 11-11, Christmas Day, etc o Identify collaboration opportunities and lead execution for collaborations. O Oversee operations and delivery of the products for both retail and business customers. Marketing & CDM o Plan our brand show/product information through the Websites aligning with Marketing on launches and promotions. o Have a strong understanding of Naked Blend and sister brands\xe2\x80\x99 core demographics to maximize search engine traffic and advertising. o Manage and optimize e-commerce store content, e-merchandising, banners, and website enhancements. o Utilize multiple digital and social channels to ensure media is reaching new and potential target audiences. o Work closely with the marketing, PR and SEO team to ensure high quality, relevant traffic is being directed to the ecommerce websites. Continue to build on brand equity. o Contribute to campaign planning and forecasting of products, GWP and gift packing. o Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, local agencies, and overseas counterparts to understand best practice for the key ecommerce levers of search, navigation & content. o Leverage online client segmentation and lead client activity for client retention to the site. Planning o Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross selling mechanisms and data ownership within ecommerce brands websites. o Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the e-commerce platform and its activities in liaison with board of directors o Meet the legal compliance guidelines and personal data protection. Leadership o Plan and budget to achieve eCommerce / B2B distribution commercial ambition. o Lead and grow e-Commerce team to collaboratively work with key stakeholders. o Maintain an environment which attracts and motivates and retains top quality individuals. Others o Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. o Holistic approach on e-commerce strategy in managing online website while maintaining a premium brand image. o Communication skills to deal with various stakeholders in the country and regional teams. o Comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and set efficient procedures. o Maintain a high knowledge of our brand products and beauty wellness trends in the market.
