The Corporate Culture Department (CCD-APAC) was established to foster and cultivate a strongly bonded Rakuten Culture. The team propagate the culture via our core values (Rakuten Shugi), managing regi The Corporate Culture Department (CCD-APAC) was established to foster and cultivate a strongly bonded Rakuten Culture. The team propagate the culture via our core values (Rakuten Shugi), managing region-wide all-hands meeting (APAC Asakai) and enhancing employer branding with corporate communications. CCD-APAC conducts a wide range of culture related projects across the region. For instance, corporate philosophy workshop, celebration of DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging) related themes, weekly all-hands meeting, internal global promotion campaigns with employee engagement, well-being and sustainability, corporate communications, media coverage investigation in APAC. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a portfolio of initiatives in corporate culture and corporate communications Independently manage the end-to-end process of weekly APAC all-hands meeting (APAC Asakai) and periodic programs (e.g. Culture Cafe) from planning agenda, assigning presenters, scheduling, slide consolidation, facilitation, editing recording to conducting surveys for improvement Plan and run workshops to promote corporate philosophy (Rakuten Shugi) Engage community and network Understand global strategy and executing initiatives tailored to the organization's needs Work closely with HR Leaders, Business Management Team to deliver initiatives Measure, evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness and relevance of initiatives Skills and Experiences: Minimum 8 years' experience in HR related fields Strong communication (written and verbal): presentation, facilitation Project management (schedule, budget and people) Stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and co-create initiatives with different stakeholders, including the leadership team Good understanding in organisational culture transformation best practices. Workshop delivery, hosting conference, community engagement Experience in at least 4 pillars: corporate culture, employer branding, diversity & inclusion, L&D, marketing, PR Team player with good interpersonal skills, humble, highly collaborative and Omotenashi mindset (hospitality) Strong accountability, ownership and self-driven A curious mindset, enjoy creating from scratch, creative and agile Highly resilient, flexible & adaptable able to multi-task and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
