General Manager – Leading Boutique Hotel
Job description
A leading boutique hotel is currently seeking for a General Manager to lead their hotel operations. They are currently seeking for a candidate with strong working experience within the hotel operations space to be based in Singapore. If you’re a candidate with strong experience in managing hotel operations and / or hotel sales and marketing functions, and open to relocating to Singapore then this is an excellent role for you!
Oversee overall operations of the hotel, implement and maintain operating procedures
Responsible for talent management, performance management, training and development, compensation, and disciplinary matters
Lead and oversee the coordination of all aspects of operations to ensure high quality guest experience
Drive financial performance with leadership team to achieve financial targets
Maintain relationship with stakeholders to meet hotel outcomes
Review operating results to increase productivity and efficiency
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5 years of hotel experience in managing hotel operations
Previous experience in hotel sales & marketing function will be a definite advantage
Excellent command in maintaining relations with internal departments and key customers
Proactive mindset with innovative approaches
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command in spoken and written English
Open to candidates with similar experience from Hong Kong, Macau or Singapore
