A private membership club is seeking a dynamic General Manage r to lead its Singapore business.Reporting to the regional business head, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence for this lifestyle destination. The successful right-fit candidate shall come with proven track record in managing private clubs/membership clubs/luxury hospitality in Singapore setting.Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow membership, enhance brand reputation, and achieve financial goals
• Cultivate a thriving member experience, fostering engagement and satisfaction through innovative programming, exceptional service, and high-quality amenities
• Lead a dedicated team, empowering and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and maximize productivity
• Oversee all day-to-day club operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to high standards
• Represent the Club as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media and community partners.

• Experienced in managing private membership clubs, luxury hospitality, or a closely relevant field
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with a deep understanding of the Singaporean social and business landscape
• Proven success in driving membership growth, financial performance, and operational efficiency
• A passionate leader with a strong people-centric and hands-on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with members, large and diverse workforce, and external stakeholders
