And it starts with our passion for innovation.Job SummaryThe job incumbent is responsible for all facets of promoting strategic investments and expense management through global and regional collaboration, based on medium to long-term business strategy concepts. The incumbent will directly lead a team responsible for qualitative and quantitative evaluations of BSCAP strategic investments and expenses, including strategic profitability, execution, and elevating issues to management, as necessary, which may include withdrawals.In addition, the incumbent will serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner in advising and supporting Regional IT Function in achieving their financial objectives and managing their finances effectively.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities(1) Business Controlling:

• Evaluate strategic investment expense applications to ensure alignment with business strategy in the region.
• Evaluate inorganic business development initiatives, including M&A, divestitures, venture capital investments, etc.
• Collaborate with BSJ Finance on capital projects and strategic initiatives requiring BSJ approval.
• Manage the capital planning for BSAPIC, including the formulation and management of OB/MBP and ensure compliance with capital allocation policies and strategic guidelines.
• Support for strategic investment and expense management
• Post-execution tracing and evaluation of strategic investments and expenses through global collaboration
• Coordinate the teamwork and delivery of financial analysis across organizational boundaries (e.g., divisions, geographies, and functional support), simplify complex information into crisp/digestible data-driven insights, necessary to make smart business decisions
• Take on additional projects as assigned from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

(2) IT Business Partnering

• Collaborate with the business leaders in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights, including variance analysis and trend identification.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to business leaders, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor budget performance and provide proactive recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field, MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with APAC exposure, preferably in advisory or transaction due diligence.
• Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships, communicate and present at the executive level.
• Ability to work in a results-oriented, project-driven, real-time team environment, prioritize projects and deliver quality results within tight time constraints.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans that meet business objectives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience and comfort in initiating and cultivating relationship with all stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate and collaborate up and down, and peer to peer throughout the organization.
• Energetic leadership with an entrepreneurial spirit which is contagious across the organization.
• Highly motivated; proactive and action-oriented; strong sense of pace and urgency.
