Roles & Responsibilities
Position Purpose:
Responsible for managing all the activities of the Singapore Sales Office. Defines the sales plan and commercial strategy for the region of SEA aligning with company business strategic goals. Manages and coordinates company functions to ensure optimal achievement of business objectives. Manages and trains sales team members.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Establishes short and long-term business objectives for the region of SEA.
2. Develops and reviews all sales budgets and plans.
3. Works closely with the sales team on all major contracts.
4. Works with marketing and distribution management to ensure efficient service to customers.
5. Manages all staff and trains sales team members.
Qualification:
1. Graduated in food science, nutrition, marketing, and economics.
2. Company or team management experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with B2C or B2B food industry market in the Asia Pacific, not limited to chain restaurants/street drinks, food ingredients (jelly, pudding, solid additives, milk tea ingredients, etc.), or mixed beverage markets.
4. Strong commercial acumen.
5. Effective oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) as well as presentation skills.
