3. Food Quality
4. Islandwide home delivery / catering service
5.Banking
6.Raw Material procurement
7.Customer relations
8.Kitchen control
9. Team work in staff to offer the best possible experience to the clients.
10.ENSURE THAT THE RESTAURANT AND KITCHEN IS FULLY CLEAN AND FREE FROM RODENTS .
11.UPGRADE AND PLAN RESTAURANT MENU AND LAYOUT TO OPTIMISE THE SALES.
