- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years in sales and business development within the automobile industry for commercial vehicles
- Ability to manage sales, operations teams, or both, with a team size exceeding 20 members.
- Dynamic, inspiring, resourceful, and innovative individual with good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Holds a valid Class 3/3A driver\'s license.
