Job Description
:
Establish company's business strategic direction in the region, align with business leadership team on Sales & Marketing, Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operation Excellence, Product Management Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans for sustainable business growth Establish and plan cost-effective operations and market development activities Oversee the company's financial, operational and sales performance Establish company policies and legal guidelines Lead and manage people and foster good corporate culture and values Manage good stakeholder relationships Ensure adherence to good corporate governance practices
Requirements:
Recognised bachelor's degree and/or higher in Science or Engineering, MBA preferred. Experience in developing strategic and sustainable business plans Excellent organisational and time management skills Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skill Able to work with team with diverse backgrounds (China, USA, SEA, Oceania) * Fluent in English & Chinese
