Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office and team as required in a timely, proactuve and diligent manner.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assisting the team with filing of staff documents into P-File (hardcopy and softcopy)
  • Creation of new staff P-File Folder
  • Data entry of staff records into database
  • Any administrative task as assigned
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.

Job Requirements
  • "N"/"O" level or equivalent with basic computer skills.
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be great, training will be provided.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably able to converse/read Chinese and English Language to external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Data entry
  • May be required to carry heavy boxes of papers/ files around
  • Able to commit fully - Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Nearest MRT : Raffles Place , Tanjong Pagar & Telok Ayer
