Virtual assistants perform many different roles, including typical secretarial work, website editing, social media marketing, customer service, data entry, accounts (MYOB, QuickBooks) and many other remote tasks. The virtual industry has changed substantially as it attracts others new to the field.Duties: Answering calls/checking messages, assisting with social media, being on group calls and taking notes, Booking hotels and restaurants, Calendar management, Helping with inbound emails, Invoice Management, Making sure documents go out on time, Order/data entry, Preparing reports, Researching important data, Sending follow-up emails as needed. Setting up meetings and appointments, Tracking clients, customers, or orders.Required Skills: Ability to multitask Speak and writes well in English Ability to actively listen Must be detail-oriented Able to work both independently and in a team Is self-motivatedThis is a work on site position.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
