Maintenance of employee P-files - ensure all relevant documentation filed into P-file for every employee, and close P-file when employees exit the company;
Manage the whole employee onboarding and offboarding processes & logistics, incl. onboarding process/orientation, background verification, documentation, transfers, offboarding, leave management, etc.
Maintain the daily operation of our HRIS, update and maintain the accuracy of our HR system, including basic personnel data, leaves, e-files etc.
Act as focal point to attend to employees\' daily communication and resolving their queries; to act as liaison between the Company and employees and ensure smooth communication and prompt resolutions of all queries.
Payroll & Benefits
Cooperate with payroll vendor on monthly payroll processing and annual tax reporting;
Process medical insurances, term-life and medical insurances;
Responsible for the corporate flexible benefit program.
Office Management
Responsible for office lease, monthly rent payment and office access management;
Keep monthly employee attendance report;
Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the office and all meeting rooms such as cleanliness, neat and functionally working of all fixtures and equipment, arranging for repair or maintenance whenever necessary.
In charge of stationery stocking, office equipment, pantry supplies, office snacks & beverages corner;
Recruiting Assistance
Work with in-house talent acquisition team to support recruitment activities for the teams based in Singapore and China;
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling job interviews and preparing interview assessments. Ensure adherence and compliance of process to local statutory MOM regulations.
To support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline;
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in HR Operations and Office Management fields;
Strong proficiency in Google Suite office softwares and HR information system;
Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with internal/external personnel;
Meticulous, responsible & possess good working attitude;
Proactive and able to multitask with prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
Recruiting experiences in multiple Asian regions;
Certificated in any HR domain;
Savvy with IT and/or data analysis.
