Responsibilities

• Support program managers in claims submission for training and skills development subsidies and grants administered by various government agencies.
• Prepare and collate relevant documents and information that meet eligibility for claims submission.
• Attend to inquiries from DBS program managers and external grant administration agencies about submitted claims.
• Process accounting entries for cash receipts/payments from training subsidies/grants and allocate to various business/support units for management reporting purposes.
• Work with external auditors on audit assignments of training subsidies/grants.
• Attend to training enquiries arising from employees, HR stakeholders and day-to-day DBS Academy operations.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of claims submission and other training administration processes.

• Good organizational skills, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
