Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve targets Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries/complaints Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation Support the Shop Manager with staff scheduling, training, and reporting
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles (supervisory experience preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills 5-day workweek, able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility * Working locations at Suntec City/ Wisma Atria or Raffles City
