The role will be part of the Business Development team supporting a key Global Account headquartered in the EY Singapore office, working together with the Global Account Manager, Client Executives and Global Client Service Partner in achieving global revenue, margin, and sales/pipeline goals for the account. The role plays a vital role in creating and maintaining relationships with internal client account teams and being the central point of contact facilitating communication and global coordination, including working closely with Senior Management and board members of the account

Essential Functions of the Job:

Account management

  • Support the Client Service Partners (CSPs) with the development and implementation of account strategy to drive global execution of account plan
  • Understand the client\'s business agenda and work with the CSP to connect our clients to the right people/recommend appropriate service offerings for their business
  • Facilitate account management meetings
  • Serve as a central point of contact for all information related to the sub-accounts and as the knowledge steward, connect global team to EY tools and client business issues.
  • Be the knowledge steward of the account and disseminate client information and developments to the Global and Area account teams regularly
  • Manage the Client Experience (CX) program for the account and coordinate win/loss debriefs.
  • Support the account relationship strategy, including management of the global relationship map
Sales and program management
  • Drive the sales cadence process for the account including initiating/ supporting activities to enhance pipeline integrity and discipline across global team, incorporating EY\'s global sales methodology on active opportunities and client meetings
  • Understanding of EY-wide services and thought leadership to determine which programs, initiatives and thought leadership would be relevant to the client
  • Manage the procurement process including monitoring relevant procurement portals, and support the assignment and submissions of proposals
Revenue and Financial Planning
  • Manage and coordinate the global revenue planning process
  • Analyze engagement revenue, realization and margin for management perusal
  • Conduct reviews with top management and propose appropriate actions
Account-based Marketing
  • Support the Account Leaders in managing the operations for client marketing outreach and engagement.
  • Working with Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) to develop and manage communications within the account globally (e.g. client newsletters, value scorecards, internal global communications)
  • Understand the account needs and priorities to tailor targeted communications for buyers at the account level
Requirements

We are looking for people with the following attributes:
  • University graduate preferably minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in business operations and/or account management roles
  • Experience dealing with large amounts of data and analysis
  • Financial literacy and the ability to interpret results and provide advice on performance. In addition, the ability to forecast and project areas that the leaders need to focus on
  • Ability to work independently and agility in managing ambiguity and multiple workstreams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with competing interests to find a suitable outcome. In addition, the ability to manage change in a complex environment
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft PowerBI Desktop (and online Workspace), PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including the use of Pivot tables, charts, Macro
