You will support the Business Development (BD) team at CCapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Assistant Vice President, Business Development. The BD team is responsible for undertaking business development to generate opportunities to transform the existing Singapore portfolio with the aim of improving its financial performance, efficiency and occupancy.

Responsibilities

Carry out financial modeling and assist in feasibility studies identified for major asset enhancements and redevelopment projects

Assist in analysing performance at asset level as well as at portfolio level to determine its highest and best use

Maintain market database and collect market research information

Support business development efforts for development opportunities

Assist in preparation of proposals to clients and deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation and any ad-hoc duties

Identify new market trends, business opportunities and partnerships incorporating deployment of technology

Support the Head of Department and the relevant departments in management reports, budgeting exercise, reviewing and monitoring performance of assets

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate industry

Able to run financial modelling and feasibility studies, and meet tight timelines

Good business / financial acumen and analytical

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation

Familiarity with real estate markets and building design knowledge is an added advantage
