We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to our senior bankers in APAC Global Banking business, based in Singapore. You should be a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and enjoys working in a high-performance environment with a desire to proactively contribute to the business objectives.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an Executive Assistant to:

  • manage calendars including conference calls, travel, and client meetings
  • assist with incoming and outgoing communications and coordination of department meetings in Australia and with offshore colleagues
  • coordinate the production of presentation books and reports, meeting prep packets and ad hoc client material
  • provide administrative and organizational support including invoice & expense administration
  • assist with staff engagement initiatives

Your team
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working in the APAC Global Banking business in Singapore and play a key part in representing the business when dealing with internal and external parties. As an ambassador for the brand, you will be intuitive to the needs of clients and the team and provide seamless support across a variety of situations.
Your expertise
  • ideally you would have over 5 years of Executive Assistant experience in global banks, relevant admin support experience in investment banking is preferred
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and (Outlook, TEAMS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • confident in creating sophisticated PowerPoint Presentations for clients
  • resilient with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
  • proven written and verbal communication skills
  • comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude
  • able to work flexible hours, when needed
