We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to Head of Business Model Integration, WPB South Asia. Principal Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Preparation of external / internal correspondences
  • Co-ordination of travel arrangements
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings including venue booking, logistics handling, set-up of relevant equipment, co-ordination of attendance and minute-taking, if required
  • Preparation of presentation materials
  • Preparation of management/department reports
  • Acting as department liaison with outside vendors / suppliers / consultants
  • Ordering of supplies and equipment
  • Acting as department administrator for relevant records/systems such as leave, overtime, manuals, directories etc.
  • Maintenance / filing of documents
  • Coordination and/or supervising the work of other administrative staff. Could be involved in the training and coaching of these staff, as well as assignment and allocation of duties and co-ordination of leave plans
  • Assist in any other duties as assigned by superiors

Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle senior internal and external people
  • Good organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detailed knowledge of the dept / business procedures and corporate policy
  • Able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and handle confidential information
  • Able to work independently with limited direction
  • Proven ability to make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties
