We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to Head of Business Model Integration, WPB South Asia.Principal Responsibilities
Provide general secretarial and administrative support
Scheduling of appointments
Preparation of external / internal correspondences
Co-ordination of travel arrangements
Coordination of internal and external meetings including venue booking, logistics handling, set-up of relevant equipment, co-ordination of attendance and minute-taking, if required
Preparation of presentation materials
Preparation of management/department reports
Acting as department liaison with outside vendors / suppliers / consultants
Ordering of supplies and equipment
Acting as department administrator for relevant records/systems such as leave, overtime, manuals, directories etc.
Maintenance / filing of documents
Coordination and/or supervising the work of other administrative staff. Could be involved in the training and coaching of these staff, as well as assignment and allocation of duties and co-ordination of leave plans
Assist in any other duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
Good verbal and written communications skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to handle senior internal and external people
Good organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Detailed knowledge of the dept / business procedures and corporate policy
Able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and handle confidential information
Able to work independently with limited direction
Proven ability to make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties
